okay I know this is a LONG shot, but i know if I could find help i would come here first. I am trying to find my Dad's old truck. He sold it back in '05 in Post Falls, Idaho, and now i want it back in the family. She was a '92 F-250 supercab long box 4x4, 351 5spd, strawberry red. He did a few things to her that could be spotted in an instant, so long as they weren't removed. He made custom front and rear steel bumpers that were simple but TOUGH, front had dual 2" recievers for a plow, he built a tow packae into the rear bumper. He made custom bed rails that were simply angle iron sitting on the bed sides with the rail towards the outside of the bed, so he could still slide his camper shell on without taking the rails off. The supports for the rails had "MK" cut into them. He also put amber marker/turn lights on the doors within the "frame" of the trucker style side mirrors. Interior came with dual grey bench seats, but he got ahold of blue buckets and console and installed them up front. Other than that he left her stock. ANY help would be appriciated. Like i said i know it's a heckuva long shot, but no shame in trying.
yeah, i knew it would be hard to track her down, I was just hoping someone here could say, YEAH that's my neighbor's truck. It will be hard to find the VIN, i'm sure my parents have gotten rid of everything but the memories
well i still find old insurance stuff for my dads old '72 chev, on the insurance it has the blue and 350 for the forms, and i know for a factnow its primer black and has a 454 in it... i was about 7 when he got rid of it im 17 now soo 10 years ago.. and i still find misc. parts and papers for it..
I would like to find my old Mustang that was totaled. I do have the vin, how would I go about tracking it down? I'm sure it's in a junkyard or something like that, is there anyway to track it down? I would like to know what has happened to it.
