does the vsm have to be programed for my truck or is it plug and play ? I'm in wa with no paypal is 95 still the price

Yes, the VSM is programmed according to installed options from the factory, so the dealer will need to program it. If you have a nice dealer, they may charge you very little to program it if you take the old one out, and leave the new one so they don't have to remove the panel to get to it. $95 is the price, but is there any way for you to get a paypal account?
