front frame difference
I have a 2003 F350 and I am looking to stuff a plow on the front for the winter. I have not been able to locate gear in Western or Fisher for my truck but I can find them for late 2004-2007 in Western, however I have noticed some companies sell 1999-2007 such as Boss.
Now my question what is the front frame difference between a 1999-2004 and then the late 2004-2007? or are they basically the same frame?

I have heard on here that the frames are identical, but I would suspect it has something to do with leaf versus spring and all the mounting points.
If they say it doesn't fit the earlier models, I'd believe them

this is what I expected figured there was a small change or something I knew about the leaf to coil spring change but was not sure about everything else. I will just keep hunting for one that fits my year

Go to the Fischer web site and use their utility to match a plow to your truck. Basically, many decent plows will fit your truck just fine.
