Buy a Jack Roush Cup Car engine? You know it'll run at least 500 miles wide open!

Seriously, how about some more info? What engine/trans combo do you have right now?

Search. There are like 15 bazillion of these threads. Yes 15 bazillion.. I counted.

All 5 threads you have made have been answered quite a few times. Searching will turn up more results and alot faster. Plus it keeps everyone from going crazy seeing the same questions everyday.

This ought to do it...

YouTube - Sherman Tank Engine

Seriously... tell us what engine is in your truck at least.

Off the top of my head...
Air in, Air out... Exhaust (headers), 1.7 roller rockers.
Don't waste $ on CAI... ford's intake tubes work well.

First things first. How are your plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, check your timing? It's pointless to start any mods till a baseline is established.

I would start with the exhuast. These trucks need to breath. Shorty headers with high flow cats and muffler would wake it up for sure.Or you can eliminate the cats all together but not knowing your state emissions policies or the o2 sensor postions I can't say if you can do it.
K&N makes a good replacement air filter that's usually good for a few pony's.
Adding a cold air setup that pulls in air from the radiator support would help.
If your ignition system is up to par then you could bump up the timing a couple degrees
The list goes on and on. you need to tell us what your budget is first!

First make sure your rotator splint is lining up properly with the cahooter valve. Then check your muffler bearings. You loose a crapload of horsepower when they seize up. Final thing you need to check is that the flux capacitor isn't over capacitating. The flux capacitor capacitation tool is kind of pricey, though. You may want to see if you can rent that one from Auto Zone.
