4.2 still sick
I gave you some background to consider.
If you don't want to begin the search for any issues, why would you think anyone here has your answer?
We did not do the swap, and don't know what might have been done.
It is your job to find out.
What do you expect from this forum? the use of a crystal ball?
For instance, how would we know if the cam timing sensor has been installed and indexed correctly.
Good luck.
I know nothing about this motor and was grasping at straws, sorry if I have offended anyone.
It's just that you have to move past you position if you want a chance of clearing your issue.
Every motor has to have about a correct amount of fuel over the rpm operating range.
Every motor has to have reasonable ignition advance per the load and speed.
With a swap, you or we don't know what you have going without it being looked at in depth.
Do all your posting in your original thread so it's not split up when other are looking at it for their help and can't relate to two threads.
Good luck.
