TBC wiring

My truck has a TBC from the PO, but it does not work.
I got under the dash to find with a test light that its not getting power from any one of the wires.

Which wire should feed it power out of the Ford harness and what fuse is it?

sorry, what vehicle? your profile says 2000 F350 V10, but I thought you had a van..

if your profile is right, then fuse 28 is for the trailer brake controller..
30a maxi fuse
