If it's a good deal for them then go for it. I would check the heads out of course first, check for any head warpage, check valve guide play, and take a peak at some of the valves and seats if possible. Having a set of heads redone can cost a lot. For example say you pick up both heads for 500. and they need to be hot tanked, magnafluxed, plained, valve guides redone and both valves and seat be ground, depending on the machine shop you could be dropping another 500+ before you bolt them on.
Don't get me wrong here they are good heads just saying sometimes used heads can be a huge PITA so check them out real good first thats all.
