Transmission Fluid Change

Okay guys, I think I might have lines or coolers plugged on this truck. I have a 2001 F-350 7.3l PSD, I was following the instructions for the transmission change. I changed the original 7 quarts, then hooked up a length of clear tubing to the rear cooler line on the transmission. Started it up and it ran for a little bit through the line, then it began pouring fluid out of the transmission where this line connects. Do you think my lines or coolers are plugged. I have a transcool external tranny fluid cooler and the stock cooler connected in line. I noticed the tranny was running a little warmer than normal this summer and so I figured I would change the fluid and see if that helped out. The tranny has over 130,000 miles on it, however, the bottom of the transmission pan was fairly clean when I pulled it. The inside of the tranny appears pristine and I cleared a small amount of sludge off of the magnet. Just not sure how to proceed. Should I hook up a air compressor, disconnect all the cooler lines and give it a low pressure cleaning? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Ted

PS: I found my leak from earlier in the summer. The dipstick bracket is broken loose from the dipstick tube. That is a fix for another day.

I guess I didn't put in a good enough title. I am sort of dead in the water until I do some more research. I will check back after doing some more reading.
