baffling 4R100 prob
after a few weeks of going round and round with the shop they agreed to build a complete new trans at no cost.
This "new" (actually a rebuilt unit) is doing the exact same thing.
The shop and myself agree that It has to outside the trans and not the trans itself now BUT what else could be causing this???
*A tugger kit was installed in the first trans, it was removed and reinstalled in a brand new VB for the next trans.
*I have tried two PCM's and reinstalled my DP to override the PCM and still no change.
*the shop tried 3 VB's on the second trans
*cooler was flushed, and the cooler bypass is working properly
+ I have a John Wood VB in route (Its worth a try)
+ I will replacing the TRS (range sensor) and shift cable this weekend.
Any insight will be greatly apprectiated....
