whine
when I cycle my glow plugs in the morning I am hearing a whistle/whine. Could I be losing my relay? Just started about a month ago and has gotten louder. Starts up fine and I dont notice it (noise) any other time of day. Thoughts,, I have not pulled codes but I will when sun comes out.

You still have a vacuum pump to control your HVAC system. I would have someone turn the key while your head is under the hood to hear where it's coming from.
