operating temps reached then cuts off
my dad has a 91 xlt lariat with 4.9 inline 6 300cid
issue is the car starts but will shut off when operating temps are reached.
(the following is just extra literature)
he just rebuilt the motor with some type of radical camshaft and some type of after market headers.
He had to take the engine back out cuz the machine shop that shaved his crank didnt give him the correct bearings. so the engine was pinging and he didnt have a oil pressure read
