E4OD shifting probs
Well long story short the old tranny overheated, finally found a used not too long rebuilt one from a wrecked E-150. My trucks a 93 and the van was a 92, from what I remember I think 93 and up the 9 pin connector was the same but they changed the wires. The tranny engages fine but will jerk when you go from a dead stop and around 55mph just won't shift unless the overdrive is switched on then off. Which leads me to think that its just getting the wrong signals.
