460 with zero compression in cyl 4
It can be kinda tough, but I have managed to do it by myself before by setting the head on the radiator support ( be careful don't wanna drop it) on top of a towel, and standing on top of the frame rail. You could try using a hoist but I'm not sure where you would hook the chain to, maybe rocker hold down bolts? You could try making an angled piece of metal to bolt to those and attach a chain to for easy install.
Oh and FYI, by putting those heads back on stock you have a lot of power left on the table. I would take the time to port the exhaust side out, taking the head bolt hump down a bit and forming the thermactor boss into a directional vane. Also do a bit of work on the short turn and spend some time smoothing out the bowl area. I did this when I pulled my heads last and it made a huge difference in the way my engine performed. If you need a good idea of what to work on, just look up Re in"Car"nation High Performance - Home
That is Scott Johnston's site and he is the guru on BBF heads. If you give him 25 bucks for access to his site, you will receive step by step instructions on how to do this along with a ton of other 460 modifications that are relatively cheap to perform yourself. The money you pay him goes to his R&D, something nobody else has done for these engines before and well worth it. If you read all of his stuff you will understand why.

As far as reinstalling the heads, I plan on using the hoist the same way I did when I removed them. I attached a chain to an exhaust manifold bolt in the rear and an intake manifold bolt in the front. Coming out it worked pretty good, but I'm sure it'll be a little trickier going back on.
