Yes I know I failed in pics. The "pirate" passed by me in a huge croud. I got not a single picture. GF had the camera and I was still in a mood where I was just there for her. The camera actually never came out of the case.

Mountains starting to get color but I don't think it will be very pretty. Right now some of the maples that have turned are kind of yellowish and brown. Hope they perk up more.

Good morning Vermont and all our welcomed visitors. Hope you have a good Monday. Had the first frost at my house this morning. White on the grass and had to scrape the car windshield. Snow is on the way. (Sorry to have to let you know the good news on a Monday, Kens squared.)

Ug, Snow! We had snow on the ground here last winter for 96 days straight! I'm a summer guy, love the heat, so it was a pretty brutal winter for me last year! I'd be happy to not see a single flake this year. Fat chance of that, though!
