I know there aren't too many guys on here with extremely built trucks, but maybe some of you guys can help out anyhow. I'm working on swapping in a dana 60 to my 1995 F150. Its a kingpin 60 from a 1989 F350. Originally leaf sprung, I'm putting it under my truck with radius arms and coils. The issue with this, is the pumpkin is too far to the driver side to put the radius arm wedges without clearancing something. This is how it looks at the moment.
This is the only way I've seen the radius arm wedges put on this dana 60.
I'm not saying that is a bad idea. It is actually probably what I'll end up doing. I'm just tryin' to find out if anyone else as any other ideas before I just jump into it and start grinding stuff down.
