Sure! I actually saw a jet ski go by one night, when I was still in security. I was outside, having a smoke, and I see something in the darkness going down the river. I called the alarm station, to have them turn a camera toward the river, and sure enough, it was a jet ski! It probably came untied from it's mooring, since it was about 3 am.

Not sure how the salvage thing works but, I would be pretty sure if somebody lost a 50k boat they would be hell bent on getting it back.....
