SCT PROBLEM - CAN NOT RETURN TO STOCK

SCT PROBLEM - CAN NOT RETURN TO STOCK
Nor will it install new programs....
Got the tunes from Eric a while ago this evening. Loaded (I think) into the X3 and went to the truck to try it out.
It got done and said to turn key off...OK - Hit Select on X3 and removed it from the socket. Turned on ignition and got the CHECK GAUGES and Wrench lite.. No start.
Tried to RETURN TO STOCK, and same thing. I believe I have a copy of the STOCK TUNE here on the computer.... How do I get a STOCK tune into the X3?

It fixed....Matt at SCT does good work....he just said "I'll take care of that problem" and he erased the memory and reinstalled the firmware..... then the tunes. Problem solved. For whatever reason, the X3 wouldn't release the previous users stock strategy. Sure works now...tried all 3 tunes and back to stock.
I'm taking the truck/trailer to Ithaca, NY area starting Monday AM. Coming back on Wed evening and headed to Richmond, VA area on Fri noon. THAT should give it a good testing! While in Ithaca, going to Syracuse empty, so I'll be able to check the Economy tune too.

Had this happen first time I tried to flash back to stock....what a mess it was... Two hours on the phone with SCT and a day waiting on them to get me a stock file. After we updated the firmware I have not had a single problem, and I change tunes often.
