You have to replace the whole wheel bearing/hub assembly.

Wheel bearings

any local parts house should be able to source one for you , look to cough up around 200 bucks, and about 1 hour of labor to have it installed

200 bucks? Is that installed? And for both wheel bearing/hub assemblies?

The hub assemblies will cost about $200 each, and this is just parts. Installation will cost more $$$. I received a quote from Ford at $1200 for parts & labor to replace both hub assemblies in the front. I just suggest to shop around.
