The needles would be difficult to change, but there are aftermarket gauge faces available. NR Automotive and NuImage are the first two that come to mind. NR uses OE approved films in their faces, NuImage is a little more artistic.
Then again you can change the bulbs out to a different color, but it will be filtered through the stock tint and may not come out just how you envisioned it.

got mine off of ebay 4 years ago..dont remember the seller...they light blue just like my autometer's with the blue LED's i put in them...a month later they came out with one just like mine but had blue flames on it....wish i would have waited that month..
I saw blue in a magazine once and would love to have them in mine
