My wife, Donna went to be with our Lord. I still miss her like it was yesterday.
I recall some of you guys coming to the funeral, although I really couldn't tell you who it was. To this day, those days are just a distant memory. I want to thank those who came, ones who sent flowers and cards and mostly, the ones who have been there for me during this time of crisis.
It has been a tough year, some days I wonder if it was worth going on, but I think about all of the friends we have and know there is a reason to keep on trying. I wish I could find a way so that no one would have to go through the grief of losing someone, but I guess it is a part of life, a part which none of us can change. Here's to Donna, I sure do miss you Honey, but I ain't ready to join you just yet.
OK, enuff of being sappy, thank you all for being my friends, Jeff
Wow! Has it been a year already! Jeff, I am sorry you had to go through all that pain. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say we are here for you! As long as Donna is in your memories, she will always be with you.
