oil cooler assy torque values

oil cooler assy torque values
Can anyone tell me if all the Tx bolts on top of the oil cooler assembly are torqued down to the same specs of 22 N-m. ?
Threre are five Tx-45 bolts and three Tx-27 bolts holding down the top assembly cover.
I just don't want to over tighten/torque these three bolts on reassembly.
