06 front end....
Im hoping maybe someone can help me with this ... I bought the truck four months ago and just the other day I hit a bump and noticed a little rattle in the front end. Now this wasnt some major pot hole just a little bump. So every so often I get this rattle and it sounds like thin metal smacking back in forth. So today I heard the rattle after I drove over some train tracks but when I turned right it sounded ten time worse and then felt like it was binding the wheel. As I made the turn and applied the brakes it banged and then stopped and didnt do it any more. I cant see anything when I look in behind the tires.. It only does it turning right and I have know idea what to look for. Could it be the brake pad? Im not happy as the deal isnt going to help..... Starting point please!!!

Mine has a rattle in the front end when I hit small bumps, as well. I have a 2wd truck - no cv axles. It kinda sounds like its coming from the small links attached to the sway bar when I shake the front of the truck. I also noticed that I can feel it in the steering wheel when I hit these small bumps - like a brief uncontrolled chatter. It doesn't pull right or left and the tires are wearing normally. My truck is still under 50K. Any ideas?
