ethanol gas
my check engine light had been off for about 1500 miles since you guys helped me out last time. yesterday it came back on with a code p0420, after searchying around i found it to be related to the ethanol my girlfriend pumped into it yesterday. is this right? the light came on about 10 miles after leaving the station, also is there an additive i can put in?

Code P0420 means the passenger side catalytic converter is shot, it's nothing to do with ethanol. Assuming you mean gas that's 90/10 and not straight ethanol.

iam assuming its the 90/10 mix, i wasnt there. as far as the cat goes, do i replace it, or just delete it? there are 2 cats, right? is the cat delete worth the trouble?

You replace it. You can delete it, but you'll have a CEL on forever.
