Best transfer case
I'm gathering parts for my bronco. I have a 5.0L, and am planning on picking up a zf tranny. Should I keep the stock Dana 20 or should I put something else in. I'm on a budget so I won't be putting in anything fancy, but something from a junkyard is an option

What a great Idea
I have 2 ZF 5 speeds in the shop, Now how do I fit a 460 into a Early Bronco??
The ZF is off a 6.9 IDI & the other one is off a 460 I was going to put it into the F350 But a 5 speed EB now ya got something.

if you are running a 5.0 I would keep the Dana 20.... the 205 is twice as heavy and not much different in gearing... its kinda like why bother?
Atlas' and Stak cases are made to take a lot of power in lo range.... but you 5.0 will not have that...
