Tuned 6 Speed?

Does anyone have a tuned 6.0 F250 with a 6 speed manual transmission?

I have an 05 6.0 with automatic trans and currently using SCTX3 with innovatives tunes. I am doing some research for my dad, he has an 05 6 speed long wheel base with 40k miles. This truck is in EXCELLENT condition. He is interested in getting a tuner for it, primarily for towing. I would assume the sctx3 would be the way to go, but I AM NOT familar with this 6 speed. If anyone is familar, what is the best way to tune this thing?

the same exact way.
sct xf3 try one of the caned towing tunes first and see what he wants from there.

Thanks Ceezit! I figured that would be the way to go. I bet this thing would be a beast with a tow tune.
