tilt column loose
anyone know how to fix it?
it did this in 2 days, went from normal to making a noise to now the steering wheel is loose/wobbles.
I went to pull the wheel off but there is no bolt holes for the puller. its a 97 f-350

Don`t know, maybe the little bearing at the top of the column has broken up. You will need the wheel off to see.
Screw the wheel retaining nut on three or four threads, grab the wheel at 9 o`clock and 3 o`clock and jerk it off as hard as you can. Usually works.
