2003 fullfloat to a semi float
I need help... Im trying to change my 8 lug 8x170 rearend to a 6x5.5...I Wanting to do this cause of the wide selection of custom wheels in the 6x5.5...I dont tow anything very often so im not concerned with that..What all do i need? Any help i would appreciate it..thanks

Honestly, this is one of the LEAST-well-thought-through questions I've seen here at FTE.
I'm with the others, just change the truck, or keep looking for rims.
Since when did a "wide selection of custom wheels" become the most important consideration?
You obviously bought the wrong truck to begin with.

Man thats all i see on these help threads is a bunch of smart mouth punks hiding behind a computer screen...For one its not your truck and you didnt pay for it...2 its my money and i can buy and fix it up how i want...Everybody dont rock climb and all that $@#8!. So keep your stupid comments to tourself...I called up to New york and he understood what im trying to accomplish..I wont be posting for help on this thread no more...

If you're buying custom wheels.... can't they cut whatever lug pattern you want? You're still limited to a 17" wheel minimum, so no 16" steelies or 16.5" Humvee tires.

WoW....lol I'm with you guys! Bought the wrong truck! And besides there are a TON of badass wheels that bolt right onto the F Series! When I got my after market wheels hell I had a problem narrowing my choices down to one! And I'm (and many others) are very happy with the choice I made...lol
