DAGMARS

Dagmar was a British TV personality. Someone noticed that the Cadillac pointed bumper guards resembled a part of her anatomy.
It wasn't too long (pun intended) before all the 1948/58 Cadillac, 1955/58 Packard/Clipper and all other bumper guards that came to a point, became known as Dagmar's.

There seems to be some folks here who are judging beauty by hair, makeup and lighting of the day, which made women look much different from today's version of beautiful. At least that's mho.
Who wouldn't think these women attractive.
Rita Hayworth, Marilyn Monroe, Myrna Loy

Looks like J. C. "Aggie" Agajanian, race car owner and promotor (Novi's at Indy for one example), promoted a lot of races here in SoCal.
'Course I was wrong about Dagmar's nationality, but I'm pretty sure this is Aggie.
