Yet another spark plug ?

First off, hey yall, new here, second if i attempt to do the plugs in my truck and some break off, can i drive it 5 miles to the dealer to let them get the one's i broke, I know it will definitly be without power, but could i drive it over to the dealer.

No, you shouldn't. If you break one or two off the truck will run, albeit very rough. It will most likely drive, however not well and probably in failsafe mode. While it's running you will be dumping fuel into the dead cylinders and without spark it will flood the cylinder and could lead to hydrolock. Regardless, once you get to the dealer they will see this and it will result in them adding additional items to your repair bill. Get the lisle tool and take them out yourself.
