With a name like mechanic I wouldn't want him working on my lawn mower, let alone a rubber chicken... go back tojunior small engine and let the REAL mechanics talk....
Matt, IIRC the MAF dictates how rich or lean for the comp to calibrate. I found this out whil,e experimenting one night on a twEECer program. Maybe the later model MAFs are fooling the com/puter and making it too lean. Might want to put a wideband on it to verify the lean condition...
I LOVE dyno tunes, but I gotta get the 90 tuned when its runnin, maybe Ill haul it to the dyno with the truck and see if they will toss it up there for some tweakin while Im at it LOL

OK...update time. To date ive gotten the exhaust redone and fixed. Still has a small leak under the drivers side but nowhere NEAR the O2 sensor. Read up on longtubes and Bosche sensors not gettin along so for kicks i swapped it for an NGK. Put in a new Fuel Pressure Regulator and fuel filter and the code still comes up. The FPR i swapped in is adjustable (off my mustang) so for kicks I bumped up the fuel pressure a couple times...no dice so I put it back to stock. Pulled every single vac line from the tree on the intake and the TB and ran the test...STILL came up with code 41 lol. Im gonna mess with the PCV valve and hose later and maybe swap the IAC outta the mustang in and see what happens. On a plus side, did the SeaFoam treatment and she runs like a top now lol. Aired up the tires and gonne see if I can get the MPG up from 13.5 im gettin around town now. Any other ideas, ide be exstatic if I could get this damned code to go away lol
