Dealer Hot Flush
Hey Guys,
Quick question for you that have had the Hot flush done at dealer. Where do they hook up the machine? And is the external filter part of the deal?
Just had mine at the dealer yesterday for a Hot Flush. Got the truck back and checked things out at home. Opened hood and seen fluid dripping off the inside of hood, mess all over the inner fender & firewall around the dip stick. Next I crawled underneath & seen that the external filter was never touched nor was the main tranny pan dropped. I also noted that none of the tranny lines had been removed to hook the machine too???
Anyway I dropped it back off with dealer this morning and asked what all is done for a Hot flush. SM said they do all filters and drop the pan to clean out deposits.... Really! Also they disconnect tranny lines at the rad.
Well I let him know that external was never touched. Pan wasnt dropped and not one line under my truckw as disconnected. SO HE BETTER FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY DID DO.
So I would like to know where do they hook the machine so I can confirm when I get the truck & is the external filter part of the flush.
Thanks to this site I can go into the dealer and know the BS from the truth & prove it when they do start scamming
