If you look under the rail you will see the clips.. A real tough job to try to squeeze with you fingers.
Start in the back and move forward and have a help keep a little pressure lifting. Not to much, Just a little to help.
Tools..I used two pair of regular pliers that same size.(one in each hand) Both pliers on one clip. And i would gently squeeze the pliers and jiggle upward. With the helper applying gentle lifting pressure they starting popping out every time i squeezed a clip. Once you get the knack for it and a couple under your belt the rest flew off/out.
