I am in Gillette Wyoming working pipeline for the next few months and it already has gotten down to 47* and I turned on my heater an no heat. After checking things out I found the electronic blend door control is not working, if I tap on it it will work and switch to heat but if I switch back to AC and back to heat it will stay on AC. Question is how do you get the control out so I can replace it.

IIRC there are a couple of phillips head screws, one on each end of the motor that secures it to the body of the heater.
They come out the top so you have to reach up there and feel around for them.
Use a very stubby phillips screwdriver or a phillips head bit on a ratchet head.

Thanks, I will see if I can get the little booges out. Do you think the door might be sticking and if so how do you get to the door?
