Brake upgrade
Hello guys! It's about time to do the brakes on my 2001 F250SD,6.8L, 4.30. Would like to no if anyone has upgraded the brakes. I do some towing of my 5th wheel. Mostly in the Mountains of North and South Carolina.

You will notice quite a bit of difference with a set of slotted rotors (like powerslot cryos) and Hawk SD pads. Just don't forget to do a complete brake system flush to get all the old fluid out and make shure the slide pins are smooth and lubricated.
If money isn't much of a concern there are aftermarket calipers available with more pistons, thus more clamping power.
