97 F250 HD
Hey everyone,
I have just recently inherited a 97 F250. It is a super cab long box with a 5.8 L and automatic trans. It has HD badges on it. I need to know if there is any difference between a normal 250 and the HD front ends.
The driver side TTB arm bracket that bolts to the engine crossmember is cracked. I'm going on a 2300 km trip and need to find out if any bracket will work? Or if I'm only going to have to use another HD bracket.

The locking hub on a D-44 is smaller than the mounting flange.

There are other differences. Recently, there was a discussion on the differences between the light duty and the heavy duty F250s. Took me a little while to find it, but if you what to know about a F250HD, I would start with this
