I have just recently inherited a 97 F250. It is a super cab long box with a 5.8 L and automatic trans. It has HD badges on it. I need to know if there is any difference between a normal 250 and the HD front ends.
The driver side TTB arm bracket that bolts to the engine crossmember is cracked. I'm going on a 2300 km trip and need to find out if any bracket will work? Or if I'm only going to have to use another HD bracket.
How can you tell a D50 from a D44?
The locking hub on a D-44 is smaller than the mounting flange.
The locking hub on a D-50, D-60 is the same size as the mounting flange.
