I HAVE 2002 F250 AND WAS THINKING ABOUT PUTTING A 4" LIFT ON IT. THE LOCAL 4X4 SHOP SAID TO GO WITH A BDS LIFT HOW GOOD ARE THEY ??? AND THEY ALSO SAID THAT 35X12.50 WOULD FIT?
I have no experience with the BDS kits for the SDs, but from what I have heard from the guys that run them it that they like them. Supposed to have one of the softer springs on the market, not the softest but not the harshest either.
Yes 35x12.5s will fit with 4" of lift. Personally, I like to run one size bigger to leave room in the wheel well for wheel travel when offroading. So I like them on 6" lifts. But, if you only plan to drive on the street and do mild offroading, 4" is plenty.
Yup, what DC said. I know there are a few guys running the BDS kits on here, and from what they say they are nice kits.
I saw one a few years ago, and it looked to be well built.
