Trip odometer

Did 73-79 Ford trucks ever come equipped with a trip odometer? I have an 89 E-150 van and I am trying to find a way to retrofit a trip odometer into my instrument cluster.

If you have a 78 or 79 ...Just switch the whole cluster over

or swap the speedo/odometer over

I have an 89 E-series van. Do all 78-79 F series trucks and Broncos come with a trip odometer?

No, that came out in the 80's

BY 1978 the cluster wiring was set for future trucks

You can't use an 80's cluster in a 74-75 .
