compass indicator on overhead

just checking to see if anyone has come up with a fix for the compass in the overhead consol in the EX ? Mine won't keep a setting. I have reset it multiple times..

I would just replace it. You can pick one up on Ebay or local junk yard. Expeditions use the same kind.
