does anyone know if the front disc brake spindles from a 81 f100 will fit a 71 f100 , i have a friend that is giving me a full setup spindles , calipers brake booster and proportioning valve and i would like to switch them to my 71 , i know the ones from a 78 will fit but not sure about the 81 yr ones . thanks any info will be greatly appreciated

you have to measure the king pins to see if they are the same as yours. also im pretty sure the 81 spindles are front steer. so if you put them on you would have to change your steering linkage and the gear box.
