Cam Position Sensor is what it sounds like. Did you have the recall done? Even if you did, still could be it. It's right in front of the motor, looking at the crankshaft its at the 10 oclock position. One 10mm bolt and unplug it. I would try that, you should have a spare for sure anyway, they seem to go out more than you would think. Only 25 bucks at ford or IH. Here's part numbers to use

i looked down under the turbo and their is fuel there. that tells me that it is a leak but can't tell where its coming from. is their a fuel filter in there that removes the water
The two lines coming from behind the fuel bowl check those they have the act of splitting on occasion. also yes it has a water separator and the valve is on top of the fuel bowl.
