Yes, most definitely.
With a Superchips Microtuner you're looking at gaining 40HP/60HP (the 1994-1997 Powerstrokes get less horsepower than the newer ones).
With a Diablo Delta chip, you can gain 40/65HP or 50/70HP, depending on the code and how much you're towing.
Even more can be gained but will require changing out the stock downpipe and exhaust.
