If you're referring to the nut that I put on the tie rod end by the pitman arm, after I stripped the one I had, I drove up to the Autozone and bought a pack of 4 in different sizes for like $6. One of them was the right size and pitch (or close enough anyway) to get the job done, so I used it.
hey i had the same problem with mine that i felt at my feet if you fixed the noise with the tightening of the whole front end as i did great just a bit of heads up is to check the leaf spring perch that is welded to the bottom of the axle tube where the pittment arm is on mine cracked almost in half which allowed my leafs to move.

I'll have to check that...my flunk is still there.
I think it could be related to the tie rod end though...so i figure i'll replace that in the not too distant future and see if it fixes the problem.
im sure you have checked it but where the pittment arm conects to the frame that bracket was loose in my lovely noise as well as a broken exhaust hanger
