I've been to Dundee Sportsman many times to shoot the 3-Ds on sunday mornings, then get some lunch in the club house after the shoot.

Nice club with nice people.

We are accepting new members if you are interested....

and, we are in the engineering stages of building a completely new clubhouse and indoor state of the art computerized range (similar to the one that Gary owns (Wolverine Shooting Sports)

Let me know. I would have to 'introduce' you at a members meeting to start out with. Then you go on the waiting list. You have to complete 15 hours of work at the club... helping with chores, working the kitchen, ATA setting clays, etc., and participate in at least one league, indoor pistol, benchrest centerfire, archery target or 3D shoot for members only, and then your record is put up for a vote of the membership (no one gets turned away) and you become a member. You must make 12 visits to the club each year to stay a member plus do some work hours. I donate my 4wd tractors for heavy work and set clays. I'm a terrible kitchen homie.

Before I applied for membership, I looked at various clubs including Wolverine (Gary is sonal friend) and DSC has the best overall package. I considered MCRGC, I get my haircut at Guthrie's barbershop but at DSC, you bring your own paper, at MCRGC, you have to punch their's and you have to buy them plus, DSC had an indoor range, MCRGC don't (and most likely never will) because of governmental restrictions concerning air quality and lead dust emissions. DSC is grandfathered in as they already have the range.

We also offer the Concealed carry class in collaboration with Cabelas. Royce teaches it at Cabelas (classroom) and DSC for the hands on range part. Me, I never got one. Eeryone I know has one so I'm always well protected.....lol

They are good folks.

I use to be a member at both MCRGC and Canvas Back, but no longer because I just don't have the time.

Tommy Guthrie is a friend of mine, just seen and talked with him at a funneral friday. small world.
