IPR-again?
I was on here a while back and did replace my ipr. this was after a egr cooler delete and new oil cooler with a no start. the ipr seemed to done the trick. i was so excited
.. then i drove it for about 30 miles and had to be towed home
. checked the ipr again and the screen is trashed, all sucked in with hole in the center. just like the one i took out... any suggestions would greatly appriciated..........

man seems like you got a bunch of either lint or debris in the oil cooler sump. you and
either keep tring new ipr valves or pull the pump and the oil cooler and clean the sump and the cross drill port. those are about the 2 options.

Thanks guys, i did replace the screen and thought i was being careful in cleaning the oil cooler sump. maybe not careful enough, i was hoping i did not have other problems. this is my 3rd ps and i really want to get this one back on the road..
