HELP SPARK PLUG CAME OUT
I have a 5.4 2001 F250. I started the truck up and I heard a loud whoosing sound. The spark plug came out and the coil pack broke. The tip of the plug was dented and and the first two threads are boogered up. The new plug doesn't want to go on easy ( I only tried once). HELP...What next???

I think this is a fairly common ailment of the V-8 & V-10 engines of that era. You may want to try those sections of the forum for help as well. I'm sure you will find a discussion or two regarding it.

You need to install a thread repair kit.
As rudedogii mentioned, it is probably because the last person to change the plugs did not follow procedures and overtorqued them.
