Cluster not working.Please Help
Just bought a 02 LTD but the guages are not working.The previous owner swapped out the cluster but that was not the cure.I have checked all the fuses and power to the cluster and still a no go.I also think the O/D is not working.(have repaired chafted O/D wire)
Any ideas

With the cluster unplugged and key on you should have at least 10 volts at the LG/OG, BK/LG, BK/PK, and RD/YE wires. On the same connector you should have less than 5 ohms resistance to ground on the PK/OG and BK wires.
