more lift.

I have an 88 f150 which is now lifted 4in. I am stuffing 35s under there, and thinking i need a little more lift. Which is the easiest? an inch or two of body? or more suspension? (Coil spacers in the front and lift blocks in the back.)

what would you do?

I would do more suspension to get it up to a 6 inch with the 35s that would looks good. I personally really like 4 inch lifts with 33s.

I would not use spacers in the front. I would get new front springs. In the rear you could use blocks. Do you have blocks already. I'm not a fan of tall blocks.

Whatever you do stay away from crappy body lifts.

I wouldnt think you would have to go up to a 6 inch. You could do a 1-2 inch spacer under the front coils without a issue(i have a 1.25incher under mine) I'm sure you have the factory block in the rear already , so different springs there, or a combo of a shackle reversal and a block change could get the hight you want/need

I would go with a 2 inch aluminum coil spacer up front (sold on EBAY for $60) and blocks in the back. I also dont think a body lift is as bad as most people say. If its installed right it can be strong and there are ways to hide it where people proably wouldnt know its there. Just my opinions...

No way would I use aluminum lift blocks or spacers.

What I meant was is that he might be able to just get the taller springs for a 6 inch lift a not have to change anything else.
