My vote for most famous bump would be the one owned by a certain melon farmer named Mr. Majestyk.

nice truck, song not bad. wouldnt have figured a band like that to have a truck in their video. I like the 78 stepside in Puddle of mudds "Control" video. Also seen an animated 68 or 69 in a fairly new cartoon, cant remember name of it but its got Christopher lloyd as a vioce. About young flies stowing away on an apollo mission. pretty good rendition of it too!

Maybe I shouldn't mention this, but....

My own '67 F100 had a supporting role (ahem..) in a porno movie! It was originally bought and owned for 42 years by a farmer/rancher in central California. That's pretty remarkable by itself. In April 2009, it was sold to an adult movie production company located in Van Nuys. They used it in a movie themed about ranch hands and cowgirls, with plenty of steamy activity in and on the truck. When the movie was done, they listed it in CraigsList, and I bought it from them in August 2009. I know all this because the guy I bought it from is an aging **** star and owner of the production company, and he told me while I was test driving it.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the movie. I'm not into **** myself, but it would be fun to have a copy of the movie for laughs. So, if any of you happen to see a movie from Madness Pictures, with a battered looking white '67 F100 ranch truck, let me know!

The things these poor old trucks go through.....

Another funny thing about this truck:

In the glove box I found a heavily worn Holy Bible. In the storage pockets along the front edge of the seat cover were about a dozen unopened, but very old, condoms! Both were obviously from its ranch days, prior to its brief movie career. All kinds of stories could be imagined...it's a good thing that old trucks can't talk.

Found another one. It's in American Pie 2. It's a 70-72 bumpside CREWCAB in the summer house painting scene at 40min into it. I tried to youtube it, but no one has it posted that I could find.

Kind of ironic you did mention this since Pillar is a Christian Band. I have some of their CD's and they are very good. Truck is nice too.....

Don't forget the '72 F-100 in Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood. Photos from Gran Torino

Also, don't forget the great homage to 70's trucks...No Country For Old Men. IMCDb.org: "No Country for Old Men, 2007": cars, bikes, trucks and other vehicles

And of course Sam Walton's (founder of Walmart) '78 Ford Truck. Not our generation, but nonetheless the man drove his truck till he died. Not sure if I approve his legacy, but his affection for his truck gets my respect.
