Mounting bucket seats
Hey i have a '88 F150 std cab. I would like to have bucket seats with as little work as possible. Is there any seats that will bolt right in. If there isn't what is the best seats to use to mount in there.

Probably not without drilling holes.... From the factory you had 3 options.... a set of bucked and console, a split bench, or a solid bench. The holes were drilled differently at the factory depending on the option.

Actually, all the holes were punched at the factory and a rubber plug was installed in the unused holes. It's one of the simplest bolt-ins you can do. Just get the seat(s) you like from a similar truck and bolt them down to yours. You can take the plugs and put them in the old holes, but you'll always have the holes in your carpet.
