hi
i bought a delivery truck, turned popcorn, concession truck.
it says 1972 on plate. engine says D3TE-6015-AA.
ALSO HAS STAMP 3D27 AND C 2. THE C HAS F IN MIDDLE.
it has 7 leaf springs in front and 8 leaf springs in back.
also gears seem very low. 1 and2 real low.
hope you can give some insite.

You posted this same info in another thread. Since no one has any idea of what series of truck you bought, how can anyone help you?You have already been told the engine could be either a 240 or 300 I-6, because both used the same block casting number.
The block casting date of 3D27 refers to April 27, 1973.
You need to...at least...post the VIN. That will tell, when decoded what series of truck it is, what year it is, the original engine size, and where the vehicle was assembled.
The VIN will appear on the registration, it has 11 digits.
